In the recent years Miss Pécs documents its contestants' journey, as they get to experience plenty of adventures. The girls are usually invited to gym classes, charity events, wellness spas and beauty salons. The training camp can last up to 5 weeks.
Throughout the pageant the contestants appear on stage on multiple rounds. They usually wear wedding dresses, evening gowns, traditional clothing or bikinis. Past pageants would usually include a wedding dress round, which recently has turned into a round of wearing Hungarian traditional clothes.
Some past winners are Jázmin Jeges (2023), Zsófia Zelcsényi (2017), Alexandra Haracsi (2016), Krisztina Rózsa (2006), Katinka Héjjas (2005), Anita Szabó (1998), Lilla Rozinger (1996), Carmen Jóni (1992). Since 2016 the winner of Miss Pécs often qualifies for the national Hungarian World Beauties competition.
