Miss CosmoWorld is an international pageant competition for unmarried, childless women between the ages of 18 and 27. The competition is organised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Miss CosmoWorld is run by Ms Carrie Lee, the 2004 title hoarder of Miss Chinese Cosmos, and an overall celebrity in Malaysia.

During the competition the international contestants get to participate in charity, branding and various other types of events.



In 2023 Lili Balázs represented Hungary at Miss CosmoWorld. Her entrance was supported by Valódi Érték Alapítvány, a charity of Szonja Dudik.
